So there I was in Ontario, got the Shooting Brake washed and set off at 5:30. The currency exchange wasn't open at the border so I dozed an hour. Flew down through New York state and those boring boring miles before Scranton and then it poured (blinker rain). (I had a cooler of Canadian beer for my contribution). So anyway I gets to Skippyville at 2pm and I'm looking for all those beautiful cars. Nope. Nada. Just Ivan and a couple others loading an old CV. "We're c;leaing up for Scotfest," he announces. "Nest weekend."
"Oh," I say. Well, at least I got to see Jay's altogether splendid drive train. Monster!
Have a good time, but not so good as if I'd been with you.
