    Let me know how that goes. My driveshaft is probably in need of some work too, I've been noticing some vibration and its got that balancer thing. My original didn't have it, but the yoke was bitched up from vise damage and it was horribly out of balance.


    You also do have the aluminum drive shaft option. Towncar aluminum ones are really scarce.

          Well fellas I hope to have my 347t built by then,I already have my scat stroker kit,and just acquired a t4 turbo/w intercooler I traded my extra e6se heads for,hopefully that doesn't bite me in the ass later,lol.Probably not going to get the rest of what I need by August, but I'm one step closer.now I just need the may swap,heads,intake,turbo manifolds,some 4:11 gears,and some other upgrades,block is at the machinist now,but next year definitely gonna try and shoot for next year and see what she can do.hopefully give some shitevy is motors a good view of my taillight.lol

            You traded e6 heads for a turbo and intercooler! Thats the best trade. Ever.

            Advise to all those on the fence about going. Go if you can. Never been but sure sounds great. Can't go now because kids and family make it a little more difficult to do anything (they are worth it). So go now if you can! I miss having fun with fellow car dudes.

              I'd call it a good trade if I got a decent lunch out of a pair of E6 heads, anything else would be like winning the lottery.

                    i got loads of e7 heads laying around. i am going to use some on my wagon since i doubt anyone will buy them.

                    1986 lincoln towncar signature series. 5.0 HO with thumper performance ported e7 heads, 1.7 roller rockers, warm air intake, 65mm throttle body, 1/2" intake spacer, ported intakes, 3.73 rear with trac lock, 98-02 front brake conversion, 92-97 rear disc conversion, 1" rear swaybar, 1 3/16" front swaybar, 16" wheels and tires, loud ass stereo system, badass cb, best time to date 15.94 at 87 mph. lots of mods in the works 221.8 rwhp 278 rwt

                        No. I drug in over 700 lbs of steel last week, got $18 for it. COnsidering I trashed a bandsaw blade in the process of hacking up the shit so it would fit in my truck, it was a net loss.
