the power gets hooked up to the two panels but the 100 amp breaker remains shut off downstairs until the rough in inspection is done for the roughed in wiring. once that is approved then the switches and receptacles can be mounted and the power turned on. then a final inspection is scheduled. once that is approved then i guess the township issues the final permit. not sure yet tho because i do not know if i will have the heating system up and running by winter yet. right now all the pipes are dry.
i did get a lead on some inexpensive stoker boilers. waiting on pics and prices.

Just tell them the building is like a hot rod, its never done. Need the permits for power tho since they've been informed. Officially none of my out buildings have power I don't think.
