Midwest GMN meet Sikeston, MO

For all you GMN'ers within driving distance of Sikeston, MO, I would like to organize a meet at Lambert's Cafe

for sometime in early spring. I have not been to this place, and regret the fact that when I pickled up my Mark VIII from St. Louis we didn't have time to check it out. New GMN member ViperGTS has been there several times and says it's worth the 6-hour drive. So, anyone who wants to go, chime in to get this Panther and Throwed Rolls event going!

Most likely a Sunday thing, and you're close enough to do it in a day...

That's pretty far for lunch with some GMN'ers. The drive could be therapeutic, however.

It's open for discussion. I have every other weekend off with last weekend being my off weekend. Unfortunately, the guy who suggested this has fled the continent, and won't return until the end of the month. So, I was thinking maybe April sometime. Hopefully warmer, and gives me time to get the POS down there as well.

It is the closest location for this restaurant. I drove almost that far for a car, and have to admit it's the longest distance I will ever drive for lunch by a long shot. However, several people over here say it's worth the drive.

I am open to any meets closer to home, as well, but I will go to Sikeston anyway. Since it's far from my home, I thought it would be nice to throw it out there for those closer to it. You could always drive out here and ride with one of us.
