      ok. Planning to be there 9-12 with the wife and kid. What vehicle do y'all prefer I bring? The 93 or the Expedition?

        Scott, are you solid on this? Need to start planning hotels soon. And if y'all want me to bring anything special (like those sodas... or something else - make a request) I'll need to know by this weekend so I can make a special trip on July 3rd to gather it.

          1986 lincoln towncar signature series. 5.0 HO with thumper performance ported e7 heads, 1.7 roller rockers, warm air intake, 65mm throttle body, 1/2" intake spacer, ported intakes, 3.73 rear with trac lock, 98-02 front brake conversion, 92-97 rear disc conversion, 1" rear swaybar, 1 3/16" front swaybar, 16" wheels and tires, loud ass stereo system, badass cb, best time to date 15.94 at 87 mph. lots of mods in the works 221.8 rwhp 278 rwt

          1986 Toyota pickup with LSC wheels and 225/60/16 tires.
          2008 Hyundai Elantra future Revcon toad
          1987 TriBurner and 1986 Alaska stokers keeping me warm. (and some pesky oil heat)

                pickled okra and some of that soda if it's not too much trouble. hard to find pickled okra up here although I have a jar but not the brand you brought.

                      There is a whole documentary on that but tl;dr as I understand it, Dublin is no longer an authorized Dr Pepper producer so they now sell their own stuff that may or may not be the same thing with a different name.

                        According to what has been said, the "Dublin Original" is a version of what they made before they became a DrPepper franchise and therefore a different recipe. It also has a heavy cherry flavor to it. Definitely not DrPepper. How close it may be, I don't know, but it's not the same, no matter what some idiot with the Dallas Morning News says.

                            Basically Dublin lost their franchise and almost went out of business, but redoubled their efforts into their own flavors and have been doing okay since. They did have to shutter the old soda shop and museum though. Just weren't getting the foot traffic to keep that open any more. They do have a LOT of customers in this area of the country though (commercial types - stores, restaurants...) so I don't see them going anywhere. *knocks on wood*
